Pillars of Africa Children's Choir
Background

The choir started in Sunday school with seven children in 2012.

The choir began when children gathered at Mr. Patrick's home for singing and dancing sessions led by him and his wife. For many of these children, the choir became more than rehearsal time. It was a place of safety, attention and continuity when family support and school fees were uncertain.

What started in a very small double room has grown into one of PACM's most recognizable pathways for discipleship, confidence-building and child mentorship.

What it builds

Worship and talent

The choir creates room for children to develop singing, dance, stage presence and teamwork in a Christ-centered setting.

Why it matters

Belonging and care

For vulnerable children, the choir has been a stable point of encouragement, relationship and community identity.

How it serves PACM
